Diet plays a key role in maintaining blemish-free younger looking skin. Excessive fat and oils entering the body clogs pores and increases sebum secretion. A balanced and nutritious diet includes lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and proteins. The quantity of fat and cholesterol should be least in your daily diet.

Our body needs carbohydrates, minerals, fat, protein, fiber, vitamin and so on. A healthy diet will include all of these. However eating a lot of food is not necessary. Don’t take more food than your stomach can digest. Rather what is important is maintaining a balance in what you eat.
