<p>People struggling to get slim will be happy to hear that according to last month’s report several slimming pills have arrived in the market. While some of the pills have already arrived in the market some others are yet to come.</p>
<p>The new pill Alli hit the market. It is actually a lower-does version of Xenical, which was only available with a doctor’s prescription as the active ingredient Orlistat has some negative side effects.</p>
<p>Appesat, a seaweed based pill is also available in the market. It is mainly a herbal slimming pill, which is sold by Goldshield. This pill is far more promising than other herbal pills.</p>
<p>Another new slimming pill is Tesofensine which is yet to arrive. But the clinical trial of this pill has shown promising result. The manufacturers of this pill hope that Tesofensine will be twice as effective as its competitors.</p>

<p>Eat ample amount of high-fiber foods like vegetables, fruits, beans etc. They are rich in carbohydrates and low in calories. Avoid taking too much animal-fat.
